International Partnerships & Activities

The SAET promotes and supports international and multicultural educational experiences. The SAET has a unique international population as a result of its Caribbean recruitment efforts, partnerships with Caribbean schools and financial support extended to international students. A significant student population comes from Caribbean/Latin America - with many from the College of the Bahamas in Nassau, Bahamas; Montego Bay Community College, Montego Bay , Jamaica; and the University of Technology in Kingston, Jamaica.

SAET Professors regularly lead summer classes to one of the State of Florida's International Programs Centers in Spain and Italy hosted by Florida State University. The architecture program has also hosted Spring Break study trips to Europe.
