All brochures, applications, flyers, ticket information and appropriate documents sent to University clients (students, employees, parents, alumni, community members, etc.) must have an accommodations notice included when we have any event on campus.  This includes summer programs, theater performances, sporting events, concerts, convocations, etc.    The following statement, or one similar to it, must be placed on all documents that are sent to clients notifying them of an event that will be held on this campus:
 

“If you require a reasonable accommodation pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act (ADAA), please contact the Office of Equal Opportunity Programs at (850) 599-3076 at least 10 working days prior to the start of the event.”
