Career Fair

The SAET offers various services that give students unique industry engagement opportunities. The Fall and Spring SAET Career Fairs connect our exceptional students to permanent positions and summer internships. 

Registration 
The 2025 Fall event will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Registration is limited to the first 30 firms. Use the following weblink https://forms.gle/ksJnQLgpSphRVMMA8

Schedule
- 08:00 a.m. – 09:00 a.m. | Employer Set-Up (South Atrium)
- 09:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | One-on-One Private Interviews (South Atrium)
- 12:15 p.m. – 01:15 p.m. | Lunch (North Atrium)
- 01:30 p.m. – 05:00 p.m. | Open Tables (South Atrium)

One-to-One Private Interviews
The morning session will be dedicated to One-on-One Private Interviews in the South Atrium. Each participating firm will have a designated table labeled with its name, which will be used for the morning interviews and the afternoon open table session. Electrical outlets will be available at each table for your convenience. The SAET resume book will be posted to this page two weeks before the event.

Portfolios

If a student has a portfolio or sample work, they will include a link or QR code on their one-page resume for easy access.

 

Parking
Reserved parking is available for 20 guests. A graduate student will be stationed in the lot (located 100 yards from the building) between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. to assist with parking. A map with directions to the lot is available online.

Shipping
Firms may ship display materials and marketing handouts in advance of the event. If you need materials returned, please include a pre-paid shipping label and notify Mrs. Marlon Simmons at Marlon.Simmons@famu.edu. She can also be reached at (850) 599-3244.
